About Me

Welcome, I’m Olivia. I work with adults and young adults (18+) who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves.

Many of my clients feel deeply and pick up on a lot around them, yet have not always been given the tools to understand or care for what they are experiencing. Over time, this can look like swinging between feeling too much and feeling nothing at all, flooded one moment and numb the next. You might feel exhausted from trying to keep up with your thoughts, or unsure how to listen to your own needs without second-guessing yourself.

I see these patterns as protective rather than broken. When your nervous system has been under stress, it adapts. But what once helped you cope may now leave you feeling far from yourself or stuck in survival mode.

Therapy with me is warm, steady, and collaborative. We move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we gently turn toward what is happening in your body and emotions, building the capacity to stay present with yourself even when things feel intense. We take time to understand your story, past and present, with curiosity and compassion so old patterns begin to make sense rather than feel shameful.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself and develop tools that help you feel more grounded and at home in who you are. As steadiness builds, you may find it easier to stay connected to yourself in moments that once felt overwhelming, responding with greater clarity and compassion.
